Alliance xp points already bugged

We just finished our war and received rubies but no AXP.

Same for mine, rubies but no AXP..

The war search was started at least 12 hours after I updated, so it was definitely a post update war.

Yes, we had the in game explanation and another game explanation after the war about rubies.

Yes, but why do you not get the full xp gain for a perfect score ww ? we only have one green tick on the war report, so 50 points. I don' t get it..

funny answer from cs,he say cause you start war/planning day on 11 july,this axp only applies to wars whose planning day/start war was on 12 july.

I have two accounts, each in a different alliance. In one of them we won axp, in the other not, even though both the war began when the 5.7 update had been released. The difference is that in the alliance that did not win axp not everyone had updated the game. So I think all of the War participants should have upgraded the game for 5.7, when you started looking for an opponent in the war.

I must be missing something here also. In the war report During the war it showed us earning 400+ xp. However,
Post war I click perks and only see 95 having been awarded. We won the war and had earned 100% of possible stars. What am I missing here?

Need some help... We won the war and achieved all Xperia goals per war report. But we only got 25% of the war xp points the war report said we earned. One person above speculated it was caused by unupgraded bases in alliance. Any help here would be appreciated.
