Why am I being punished for their mistakes... just reimburse me the medals or throw me some crowns! (Please) And no I don't understand! And no you did not answer my question!

I got the same exact response word of word! Wish I would have screen shot it when I read it but was just too disappointed. When I went in to get a screen shot they deleted and closed the thread

I can see the line before me

I don't think an auto-reply would contain so many spelling and grammar mistakes..,

Of course it's automated. I too had the same issue, not once, but twice. I decided to report it to CS both times, just to check if something had changed. In fact, it's so true I received the same exact response, word by word

Pffff....I am a topranking player and my motivation is getting to a very low point. So I tried to have a discussion with costumer service, but I feel I am talking to a wall 😡 It is not necessary to explain witch items I want to discus...for that you can see the post from Redgar....Oeps they banned him...strange 😤

I love the cs issue they wont compensate u with crowns for the game taking ur medals, trade goods, gold

Their excuse for not compensating u is other players werent compensated. And they werent compensated because i wasnt. And so it goes in a circle and no one will ever be compensated again because someone wasnt compensated and it wouldnt be fair to that person

Its a great setup where they dont have to do anything anymore. Just send generic email responses where they dont understand the problem. Ask u to explain it several times and post pictures. Then tell u they wont do anything because they didnt do anything for the last guy and it wouldnt be fair to him if they did anything for u

Perhaps Volkswagen could learn a trick or two from Nexon - dodgy software in the ECU, 'We didn't compensate the last guy..... etc'

I'm struggling with the same problem, Will, as is one of my alliance members. It cost me duplicate 18s and my ally duplicate 30s.

I've beaten ironangel up about this, and he agreed to look into it, but this is be most recent pm from him on 10/1:

OK, looking at the Medal history report, I see the loss for 18, but only one instance of it. The next transaction is 3 hours later, for -15. I need to confirm with someone how the rows are calculated, which I can do first thing tomorrow AM, to see if this is a dual ding, or what. Thanks for hanging in there!

CS policy isn't something we can discuss in detail here. In general, they do not compensate Medals, only Crowns. If you have a CS issue, please PM me and I will look into your issues and how they dealt with it.
