Amelia - Ninety Nines Event -not getting oil discount

No discounts are showing up for me. I started lvl 2 research for the MK 1 fighter plane and didn't get the discount at that step either, paid the full oil cost. Anyone know why the university upgrade discount shows, but none of Amelia's discounts are present?

I've already maxed it many months ago but it looks to be on sale which is confirmed by my ally members. Maybe you started before the event time started? The discounts are for amelia in university not upgrades in armory. What research did you start lvl 2? You just said you started lvl 2 MK1 fighter plane. What exact research did you start?

Hello, I didn't start the research until I saw the event notice. When I went to the university, it showed it was cheaper for an upgrade, so I believe the event was active. That is when I started the Biplane Mk1 Damage Lvl 2 upgrade and ended up paying the full price of 14,000 oil.

Ha! Well, thank you for sharing that! Usually I see a color change when there is a discount and since I didn't know what the original cost was, I did not realize it was discounted. Thanks again for clarifying that for me!

Same here with Earhart research. Nothing appears to say it is discounted but apparently it is. Better go spend my oil!
