Logged on today to find my account has been replaced with a brand new starter account... still shows my name and medal count, but my entire civilization is gone, and I now have 2 town centers. Hi Joe, have you already submitted a ticket to customer service? You can do this in game by going to the settings tab on the right hand side of your screen and selecting 'Customer Service.'
After searching for your issue, a 'Contact Us' button will appear at the bottom of the search results. You can enter your ticket here.

Yo customer services require service. Many feel as if moderators are not there, and their assurance is empty.

Same issue here. Have contacted in game cs and still not even had a response. Hopefully it gets sorted out soon.
