This could be a template for you to use in the future. Customer service means helping out the customers with basic and expwcted information. Sort your act out community managers

Good point GulfTide. Maybe there will be golden hour like in COC? I don't know if they hide inactive bases in this game though so it might not work. Golden hour in COC is a function of how they deprioritize the dead bases. But who knows, maybe server maintenance will give us a golden hour in this game too!

I really love how this company just does whatever it wants and doesn't care AT ALL about letting the players know what is happening......unbelievable how BAD this company is.....wow

I don't think it's as simple at that end times. BHG will be the one doing the maintenance. Nexon run these forums. Nexon have proved that they are not interested in giving useful info about this game. I wish BHG would get someone on these forums to give player info out.
