I've ever propose power plant idea before, now i want to propose another idea about power plant that also "push" player to upgrade their resources building.

as we know, many players do not upgrade their resources buildings and only focus with their offence & defence capabilities.
this make getting loot become more difficult, and higher lvl players have too grind ever more which is very boring and tedious.
the game could lose many later age players.

here come the power plant idea, that the plant, start from industrial age have range of 5 and increase its nearby farm , road, caravan & oil well productivity, but the farm, road , etc have to reach certain level to get the plant boost.
plant also lighten the road and will increase road connectivity (increase town centre hp)

plant level 1 : (industrial)
Range : 5
+15% of nearby farm productivity , min farm lvl : gunpowder lvl
+10% of road and caravan income, min road and caravan : gunpowder lvl.
+15% of oil well production, min. Well lvl : lvl 1
+20% road connectivity, if my original tc road connectivity : 600%, with plant will 620%

plant level 2 : (global)
Range : 6
+20% of nearby farm, .....
......
+30% road connectivity.

plant level 3 : (atomic)
Range : 7
+25% of nearby farm, min farm level : industrial age lvl
......
+40% road connectivity

that's the idea, what do you think ?
