Anti-cheat policy or dirty method of WW winning?

Hello guys and devs,

We've been a TOP-50 alliance for sometime, until we have noticed one thing: each time we win next WW, we receive a massive players ban. We know for 100% they are clean of any cheats, because one of banned account was mine. I think that Nexon just don't check, they see a complaint from any TOP user with VIP-12 level and just ban, without any checking and explanations.

These dirty alliances that just keep writing complaints on us - well, that's on them. Let them live with this, in Information (Digital) Age any method would do. But such unfair thing from administration, that keeps on banning fair players, will finally turn away many fans of Dominations. Me, personally, have spent too much money in this game. And what if I'll be next? I will think 1000 times - pay to Nexon more, or stop investing.

Sorry but i have to believe what Lapostal said, this game is beneficiating a LOT the high paying players, when you are "only" level 4-5 you are a number CS is extremely useless. To have a good service in this game you need to spent thousands wich is ridiculous comparing to any other company.

Hi Lapostal,

These reports are reviewed manually and we do not ban based on complaints, however, we did update our Alliance banning policies back in February.
You can read more about the update in this post: https://forums.bighugegames.com/foru...ting-2-14-2020

Leviathan but you do ban based on complaints. 2 players in my alliance were unjustly banned last few weeks. One for using too many strafing runs, I disproved that easily by recording an attack with almost double the runs that the player was banned for, and that with only 6 fighters. Ban was reversed and he got 2000 crowns as compensation. 2nd player was banned for using 3 Genghis Khans in war attack, that too was bs reason, you can use as many Khans as many different levels of him you have. Khan doesn't count as troop tactic, but as regular tactic, so in theory player could bring 5 of them (lvl 6 to 10) in addition to other troop tactics. This ban was reversed and player compensated too. And both bans were just hours after winning wars with top 100 alliances.

If you save up speed-ups for months and months, and finally find a half-decent Event to spend your speed-ups on to have a go at getting top 100, expect to get banned if you do NOT buy an event pass. Once the event ends, and just when it's time to claim event prizes, auto ban if you make top 100 without an event pass. So, if you've been saving up speeds, and don't buy an event pass, be very careful when you do use them, just wait for an event to finish perhaps.
