I've had pretty good luck with this layout, except when the Globals throw the kitchen sink at me. I'm usually in Gold III or Silver I.

One thing you'll wanna do is get your Forests cleared ASAP if you wanna optimize a base. Just from my observations.

nice layout, Freightshaker Thank you for sharing. You could replace the gates around oil refinery with walls, right? Or is it intentional as the gates are higher level. Just curious

Nice base! otoh I would strongly recommend you to uphrade your mortars

I have the gates there so troops can move through the base instead of going around.
