Any updates on my crowns pls... No Crowns on purchase

i made a ticket, actually 3 tickets already regarding my missing crowns on purchase, all of them are being ignored... Should i make AGAIN a new ticket for my missing crowns? Just tell us if you are having technical problems or whatever, i can understand coz i think we are still on beta testing LOL

They ask for a print screen for the payment and my ingame crowns which i complied in less than 5mins and after that i have not heard from them, nothing not even an update on what happened, and that was before you guys celebrate thxgiving.. 8days ago...... :( that is why i submitted another ticket and another.. im planning to submit again but waste of time..

Hello, Jackuriki -- I was able to locate your ticket to Customer Support and I think there may be some confusion. It looks like you submitted multiple tickets about the same issue and they were all merged into one ticket. A follow up response requesting additional information from you was sent on Monday, December1, 2014. I have not receive any reply since Nov.28..."NOTHING!" i can post the inbox of my email if you want, there is no mail receive on DEC.1 otherwise i have already complied it... besides i have given them the additional print screen of purchase and my ingame crowns... Anyway, im really tired dealing with incompetent people, just tell them to eat the crowns... and also my brother donated for the starter pack a while ago and again he did not receive anything... I just pray the support will help him this time :)

I got a high fever right now.. lol and i really dont care bout the missing crowns anymore, takes too much hassle and stress...

Yesterday everyone in our alliance woke up to a negative 999 999 crowns. Has anyone else experienced the same problem?
