Anyone else under the impression Vietnam is the wealthiest country on earth?

It seems to me like Vietnam must be the wealthiest country on earth. Per capita of course. Most of the completely maxed out Industrial Age bases that I run into are from players in Vietnamese alliances. Either everything I know about Vietnams economy is completely wrong or there's something odd about all these players who can afford $30,000 worth of instant upgrades. On the other hand if crowns are incredibly cheaper for everyone playing in Vietnam then by all means let us know. That way we can all look for a way to login through Vietnamese servers and enjoy the exchange rate they do for crowns.

Well, I've been to Vietnam a couple of times, and one of my best mates was born there and arrived here in Australia on a boat many years ago. They may not have the wealth to spend $30,000 on upgrades in a game like this, but they sure do have a wealth of talent to find other creative ways to max up their bases. The funniest thing is, that Nexon is hardly doing anything about it.

How is this an inappropriate discussion? It's something many of us have noticed and have been talking about for some time. Is asking others if they've made similar observations really that outlandish? Many of us have simply noticed this trend and thought it would be something worth mentioning. I'm not one to simply use the "where there's smoke there's fire" logic, but something's burning over there. And it might be time to put out the fire before it gets worse. That doesn't mean I think every Vietnamese player is cheating. I'm sure most are not but i find it very hard to believe what I continually see without arousing my suspicions.
