Attack cheating, airplane + motorcycles + bomb = 100% and all resources stolen

Hello, I have been attacked by a dude lvl 160 that used these units mentioned above and I got 100% destroied and all my resources stolen... when I see the replay I am pretty sure that this is impossible... Its the third time that this has happened.

How can I have these medals and resources back??

As I said, Replay takes 1:20 min and I saw my defense kill all the attackers (Tanks, Cannons, Baloon etc)

I would belive the customer support telling me the logs are correct if I would not see my defense destroy 90% of the attackers in the first 30 seconds without them reaching anywhere near resources.

Just happened again to me. Loosing trust when I hear over and over again that the logs are correct. Replay draws totally different picture. So either the developers are not capable of fixing an very old bug (which I dont belive) or they are simply not able to stop cheetes!
Either way is bad and we loose resources medals and trust.

Serious bug in game. 2 attacks against me, in replay show solid defense/minimal loot stolen/no stars won. In mail/attack log-most of my loot was taken, and I was 5 starred. Almost no cost to reset traps as they weren't tripped-yet the attacker destroyed/5 starred me...what the heck?

did the attacker use demolition tactic multiple times (on fort or town center)? If yes, chances are high that you were affected by the cheating exploit.

I think the cheat is in the demolition. Seems to be the common factor between all the 5 starring cheaters. Maybe I should start using it again...

I don't know for a fact but I would guess that by modifying demolition in patch 3.0, they opened a security breach and all the cheaters are just having a lot of fun.

The worst is that CS still tries to explain that it's all legit and so no compensation. Clearly BHG is always one step behind the hackers. We're even lucky Anonymous has better things to do or this game could probably be taken down overnight by any hacker that really wants to put his mind into it.

Software security is a word that doesn't exist at BHG.

The demolition trap is here for longer time (not only since 3.0). This is one of the cheats which went uncovered...
The demolition radius and damage is simply enlarged (and build time is minimized), so the first demolition kills the whole base (in their game). In your game it is not working, as the effect and radius is standard, there. So you see a nonsense attack.
The same situation was with the 1 Zeppelin attack in the past but it was I believe already identified.

The max army cheat is the other one, but it is hard to track, if the cheater is not stupid. They are attacking only with the army appropriate to the barrack size, but of course they are enjoying a no time army rebuild . The only way to track them down is to spy their bases and Hand over screenshots to SC.

I Sent you a pm Ironangel. Same happened to me. Cheater Yuangabo usgay Alliance. He used demolition tactics against my tc. Army only 8 Heavy Tanks, some bombards. Only 2 of my traps were used. Replay says 0 Star. The Report says 5 Star. He started the Battle with demolition against my towncenter. There is no way he could 5 Star me.

Just read this - same guy as I've posted in General Discussion - and what have they done, sweet FA - reduced his medals to 200, but he's now climbed to 938 - which is now worse than before - he's below us on medals so the next attack we are going to lose 39 medals instead of one.

There are are two hacks going on here. Sometimes stacked, other times individually.

First is the demolition on the TC which 5 stars your base - any army is just cover to make it look like a genuine attack, but real players know it's impossible to 5 star a base with whatever token army turns up.

Second is a hack to steal more loot than is possible. Doesn't matter what they do, they take 400k+ of gold & 400k+ of food and maximum oil.

Third major hack not mentioned here is the 125 heavy tank or whatever impossible army size you choose.

Fourth main cheat still in place is unlimited crowns to whizz your base from Dawn Age to Max IA in 40 minutes.

And you wonder why there is no replay option in World War?

There seems to be an invincible hack whereby none of the buildings sustain damage no matter how long your army attacks. Also bug or hack where you get twice of everything.. I have come across 2 of those!
