Muchachee, my advice is start over by creating a new alliance. Don’t worry about the Perk level. Sounds like you have a solid group that will help you build it and own it. This will give you the ultimate control needed to effectively run an alliance. Regarding the glory numbers, no worries there either. Everyone was adjusted and reduced. My alliance dropped over 14k.

Sounds like you've got a lot of good advice here, Muchachee! It's our policy not to dethrone Alliance leaders. Even if our intentions come from a good place, we may not understand the inter-Alliance politics in a given situation.

With the recent glory reset that most Alliances received, now is a pretty good time to move your band to a new Alliance.

The advice on here has been great thanks all. Update Our leader is now 27 days awol. I don't really think we should have to lose 10 alliance levels because nexon doesn't care. That blows chunks as far as I am concerned. Co leader is not a co leader because co leaders cant promote peeps to co leader. The use of the term co leader is terrible and not a good choice. Co leader should be changed to actually be a co leader if nexon is going to keep going with their current leadership policy. The current nexon leadership non management and terrible co leader settings is a major reason for all the dead alliances and those updates nexon has for them

Additionally I do not think Nexons intentions come from a good place that's focused on players at all. Nexon is a company and its strictly business and I suspect it's too expensive or difficult to bother to properly fix this problem in the game.

All the points you mention above may or may not be valid but continually discussing Nexon's actions or inactions is looking back, you need to look forward. You've been given good advice and what seems to be a majority opinion.
So forget about the perks, which can be regained through teamwork and (presumably) fun, just start that new alliance. The sooner you start the sooner you progress.

I have never played another game where inactive leaders can not be removed. Manifesto I do not understand or agree with why you keep telling me we should just go back to the beginning of the game. I'm the one who went atomic yesterday and spent $25 on a crown deal. The leader I want removed was always F2P hasn't played in a year and has not logged in over 29 days.... makes absolutely zero sense to me

That’s fine, you should always do what you feel is best for you.
I was simply agreeing with others who also told you to move on and start a new alliance but I wish you all the best in your decision, staying where you are or moving on.

if youre still having trouble feel free to have your people join our alliance if you want. We are the High Prophets (about 3/4ths the way to lvl 10), and we war constantly no pressure though
