Stupid timed quest.

I use blessings in wars and only as a last resort in normal battles.

If I use a blessing it means I picked the wrong target.

Will not be using them just for the sake of it, that's for certain.

You are right I was, it's still stupid though, unless I can get people to attack me more often just so I can get new fortification and tower blessings.

Blessings dont work in WW's I was told by c/s anyway. I dont use blessings to attack in battles either, I only use as fortifcations. I like to save my trade goods to spend on WW Mercs. This is going to be a different mind set sadly >_<

Not all blessings last a long time period nor do they need to be used for defense or attacking. Just a hint :)

I had always assumed that there was no point in casting Animal Blessing if your base was full enough of bears, boars, and stags that smaller animals don't spawn naturally. But you know what they say about what happens when you assume . . . Your hint got me to try it. After all, even if it didn't do anything, at least it'd count as a blessing used for purposes of event progress, right? BUT, turns out it does make animals you can hunt with only two workers spawn even with a bear, a boar, and three stags running around! This will make it a lot easier to stay stocked up on leather and fur to keep defensive blessings up with all but two of my workers tied up for a week+ on global age upgrades. It also means that those timed quests to hunt bunnies or deer are actually completable under similar circumstances. I can't believe it took me this long to discover this. And I can even afford to burn fur on the Gathering Blessing now too for more even progress.
