Reports now coming in from numerous players they are being banned for "crown exploit" because they spend crowns received from double offers.

CS will not do anything to fix your account either and will ignore any tickets you send in.

Be aware!

Where are these multiple reports? I believe you when you say you were banned with this reason, but where are the other reports. I spent 10k recently that i got from double events and as of now havent been banned.

There are some tight reigns that are automatically looking at crown income to monitor for cheating. If there was suspicious activity, it was likely on the earning end, rather than the spending end. We can look at Double Crown offers, and make sure they fit within our automatic parameters.

Neither, from what I can tell with my tools. I'll have to wait for the CS to investigate for more.

I can tell you that i spent around 16k crowns after going global during the rush. I didnt spend them all in 1 day so i wonder if its triggered if they see a large number of them being spent, kind of like the stag blessing issue...

Either way, i hope you get your account back. and compensated for mislabeling you

I did not buy the second part of the offer to avoid this kind of problem and end up being banned
I would have liked to buy the second offer, but the CS answers dissuaded me
and I do not want to contact Ironsource again, Visa or paypal so that they do not respond

For me the issue would be if Nexon automatically bans someone before they investigate. Nexon should investigate FIRST, then take the necessary action, or if the player is found innocent just leave him and move on to the next one. That player will never suspect he was being investigated.
IF Nexon do their investigation first and then ban the person, we can assume that person was guilty of 'something'.

I joined an alliance where they have a member who has a friend in the development dept. Or so he claims. Maxed everything out and is level 270. Something. Well of course he cant attack good. And all though we take his troops we not taking that crazy high war rank to war. But how can they give unlimited crowns to regular players and ruin the game for those of us playing for hours just to get white walls level 15 so we can compete

So, to put it another way, if he robbed a bank you would be happy if he bought you an expensive car but you wouldn't take him for a drive.
Pathetic.
If this is indeed an exploit, you're as bad as him for not reporting AND enjoying the exploit.
