Being attack multiple times in a row

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if you have encountered the same bug. So, I've been attacked a great number of times after each other. Now this might not seem weird, but according to the timing of the defense logs, this happened WHILE I was online. The other thing that shouldn't be happening, I actually get defeated in a number of those attacks, but it doesn't give me a peace treaty so the attacks keep on coming. This very annoying bug has cost me tons of resources and is greatly frustrating me in resource hunt (hit me back several days).

Nah I didn't do an in game ticket I got to speak with Joshua kermond from big huge . Haha true it makes it more frustrating when you explain what's happening and there response is "close the game and reopen it" :/

Wow, I'm glad to learn my clan and I aren't the only ones, and that this is a massive wide spread issue! This game is fast getting in my nerves, not only does this happen to me. But I've also suffered a glitch where my roads, fences, and walls were all removed, reset to zero, and cost me all my golf again to get them up to scratch!!! Over 1 million in gold I've spent rectifying that issue... But I moved on until now my god dam catapult is gone and I can't place another!!! Has anyone rise experienced this, as well as having the online but getting attacked issue?

I would also add, I complained to Nexon about being attacked 8 hours into a purchased 24 hour treaty. The attack happened when I was asleep and not playing the game. Here is their response..."Thanks for contacting the DomiNations Support Team, Please be advised that even if you have a peace treaty, Once you attack in campaign battle or a multiplayer battle, your peace treaty will expire."......so they say it's my fault for breaking my own treaty...when I'm asleep??? I think a proper announcement from Nexon should be provided to us, the paying gamers, explaining that there is a major fault with the game. During this time my advice is to not buy peace treaties and to not focus on gaining medals, the game has such serious faults that these things are meaningless at the moment.

I lost my 3 days treathy after 6 hours. They asked for proof by sending screenshots of the attack and defense log. When I did they said it was a known bug no refund. Best is to not use crowns on peace treathy atm it is a waste especially if you paid real money for it.

Hayden thanks for sharing about going straight to big huge, that's really helpful. The support here is such a joke. If it continues like this the game will sink fast. Nexon need to sort there s**t out and start giving frank answers. Wvolf, aulia, Jesse are just so out of their depth. They have no idea about this game and just give lame generic answers.

Did you guys see that the bug list got updated yesterday? However, this one is still not on there for some reason. Which in my opinion means that it's still not being taken seriously.

I'm very pleased and amazed of your game "DomiNations", it is a unique great strategy game that it has a great great potential to beat the "Clash Of Clans". Me and my friends and cousins are a former CoC players and we decided to migrate to your game. We really are enjoying this game that many of us has already spend some cash for this game. We really aprreciate your achievements towards this game "but" you guys are obliged to make us your players to feel safe playing your game and when I say feel safe, we need a bug free game like in the CoC.

This happens a lot of time while I'm online farming resources or guarding them against attackers. Everytime I start to see a loading sign in the center of my screen that's where that bug starts to harass my base. My first move is to restart the game due to screen was stucked in the loading screen for several mins and will see a 3-4 attacked notifications on my log notes and one more bug was I can't open the defense log to post some proofs, I did it several times but it doesn't really seem to open. Please fix that. This bug is really annoying, please make some serious moves as it starting to destroy the game. And yeah I already sent my complaint directly to the Nexon support center and still waiting for their reply towards this matter. I only posted this to get some report assists from these community staffs here.

miasmic basically any post you make to support will go unanswered or will respond with some useless generic message. nexon are a korean company and i suppose they cant even understand all the requests coming their way.

I wish big huge games would make a new forum and have their own mods cos im sure they would do a decent job. Nexon are just the distributor for this game but clearly they dont really know how to distribute properly.
