Being attacked while in the CS section of game!

You guys state that you want customer feedback and input on the game, and yet you do not protect us from attacks while we are in the customer service section of the game trying to give you that feedback! Please change this! If we take the time out of the game to go into the Customer Service section we should be protected from being attacked by another player while we are there, just as we are while using the layout editor!

I think it is exciting and stimulating to have to run the gauntlet to reach customer service. Indeed, not only should we be attacked while frantically writing our request for support but we should have to complete a difficult task at the same time, like holding our fingers in an uncomfortable position on the screen or tapping very rapidly and then we should receive periodic electric shocks! What's the fun if there is no challenge?

Ive never been attack while in CS screen, but when i am writing something to CS the little window pops up "are you there?".... yeah I'm still here, ok lets reload the whole game for you again...

You know that's just folks in CS aware that you're not paying attention to your game launching attacks against you right? lol.. (I am kidding )
