Beware Double Crown Offers

I recently went for 2 of the double crown offers for Legendary Heroes and Vikings. After completing both I sent documentation to Supersonic (provider) and was denied. I wrote them again asking for a better explanation than "you did not complete the requirements", what exactly did I do wrong? I have collected from other offers with no problem. I sent them the support screen from DN that shows I clicked on offers and a screenshot of my completing of level requirment in the games

I was trying to discuss with them that with IOS 11 (?) there is no more Game center to register with so confirming my email was not possible as before. Sadly they keep repeating the did not complete requirments chant, Beware before you waste precious time with this ripoff.

They are just scammers, I told them after the 6th e-mail where they say "read the requirements next time".

I completed a lot of offers through Fyber, never had issues.

With them, I have 9, yes, 9 tickets, of which they validated 8 only after a huge trade of e-mails.

The 9th, they are not validating, for whatever reason, lol.

Quovatis i meant the videos from quest icon (daily videos) honestly the only thing worth doing, i get chinese/korean/british shooter cards AA lvl or roman/japanese soldier cards AA level sometimes
which i even prefer over 3 crowns, but also some blessings which is good to keep in ur inventory for the time u won't have trade goods

I am trying to get Nexon's attention that Iron Source is a farce. I have won offer before with no big problem, but Iron Source is a parrot that repeats you did not comply with offer. The instructions say "Install and Reach rank XX", so tell me what I did wrong. I am happy to get some other responses here to show I am not the only one.

Really? In the past, Nexon customer support has said these offers are not controlled by them, and directed us to contact the ad provider.

Suprise, surprise, Supersonic has rejected another crown offer. This time was only a small amount of 230 crowns but just like the last time, which was 2000 crowns, they've rejected my offer because ''they can't verify with the advertiser''. What about verifying with the screenshot I sent?
They say in their email ''your offer has been rejected. Please send a screenshot of proof''. Putting aside the obvious pointlessness in that statement, I sent a screenshot already. Will sending another one make any difference?
Nexon, you have to review your partnership with them!
I never had any issues with Fyber, not one.

Been burned twice in the last month or so and 3 times overall. Unless it is a game I am very very interested in, they won't be getting any more of my time. They seem to support computer games on a more regular basis and most of their questions you really can't do or answer on a mobile device.

Don't forget to use a "special" email address if you do get sucked into working with the scammers or your inbox will be full before you know it. Luckily I had the sense to do that on day one of the cons (offers.. lol) dont even bother with them anymore, it makes me too angry when they fail and you basically get told your a lying idiot by the support of fyber.

No need to tell that I have - of course - first contacted support of supersonic. In addition, I wrote in my ticket, that I did so.
But Nexon‘s CS does not read the entire tickets or the phrases that they are told to use do not match ;-)

So I sent a ticket for around 520 crowns. It was rejected as per usual so I sent proof. I got an email saying the email I sent it to was down because it was full. Next day I get a response so I send proof again and I get another email saying they will get back to me within 3 days. I get an email last night saying they will be reviewing it with the advertisers and get back to me within 10 days now. I never had a problem with them before this CWA update. Yes I usually had to send tickets but they would always get back to me
