Our home - same same. It's really frustrating. I'm had many conversations with International CS who are either unwilling or unable to help. They just tell me to contact Korean support.
When I point out I did that many times and they ignore me, they advise me to contact Korean support.
They seem to think it is easy, so I asked them to do it and they asked me to contact Korean support.
I asked them to escalate this to their managers and they asked me to contact Korean support.
I asked them if I could be a switched to the international version of the game... You can guess the rest.
