Blatantly cheating alliance.

Dear DomiNations representatives and community,

Yesterday, my alliance (United Allies™) initiated a 35v35 war search. We were matched with an alliance that originally called itself "台灣蛋營養老皮愛". As we scouted the players, we were astonished to discover that their top 30 out of 35 players were completely maxed (Level 175, Level 13 walls, Level 30 Generals, etc.).

We had some discussions with other alliance Leaders who have previously encountered this alliance, and it came as no surprise that this alliance is full of well-known, and long-time, cheats. They are exploiting the "Unlimited Crowns" hack by seeding their base with unlimited Stags (see picture). *PLEASE* Nexon/BHG -- this exploit should be simple to detect, and easy to resolve. That these players are still active severely diminishes the quality of competition in DomiNations.

They're calling themselves "USA Elite V" at the moment, in an attempt to besmirch "USA Elite"s good name. They'll undoubtedly change their alliance name many times in an effort to avoid detection.

If you see any of these players, please report them.

Why scratch your head? This is nothing new, it's been going on for many many months.

This is my opinion, tell me if it makes sense to you.

Nexon dose not do anything about the cheaters because Nexon loves the cheaters. Nexon and the cheating community are one in the same. They have a sybionic relationship

They love them because they mostly effect the upper level players that have already spent most of the money that they will spend in the game. This constent exposure to cheaters will frustrate any honest competitive player and Nexon knows this. The plan seems to be to frustrate them and eventually expediting there departure. This saves server reasources for the fresh new player with money to spend who is unaware of how sleazy Nexon dose business.

I also would not be surprised to find out that many of the sites selling discounted crowns were sites run and opertated by Nexon. I know this sounds illegal and dishonest but this is business in the global market of 2016. If this is true it would explain why Nexon dose not ban cheaters and why the game is in such bad conditions as it is today.

I have said it before and I'll say it again..."Nothing will change untill we hurt Nexon in the pocketbook" by exposing there sleazy business practices here and in all other gaming forums and communities. Then they will either address the problems or continue to ignore paying customers and milk the game for all its worth, which is basically what they are doing now.

Either way at least we will prevent some players from getting ripped off by Nexon.

The jig is up Nexon. What are you going to do about it?

Daddy Droid Thanks so much for the screenshots and report. I've passed it on to our internal investigations team for immediate review. In the future, make sure to file an official report through Support. They can flag it and pass it off to our internal team quicker than a forum post.

Thanks, Seraphine. I did contact Customer Support, and got the standard reply ('We're looking into it, we cannot divulge what action, if any, will be taken, blah blah blah.'

Yes please....send an official report through support so you can be officially blown off. Only way to fix this is to go to google play and rate this app with 1 star to prevent others from coming to the app. With enough people doing it the rating will fall and new members will fall off and Nexon will be forced to start actually giving good customer service or shutting down this bug filled app.

Thanks, Ironangel. Seems like Nexon/BHG is potentially responding? Looks like their Alliance went from #20 in the list with 50 members earlier today, and they're currently sitting at #197 with 36 members. So Nexon/BHG may be reviewing each player and banning them on a case-by-case basis, or the players are jumping ship (potentially to form another alliance).

Its great news if they finally starts to ban cheaters and delete them from the game. That gives me some hope! Much more left to improve before Im starts to pay for playing again though

I can't believe how less some of them care about hiding what they are doing...

By the way, I don't think we get a confirmation on what exactly has been done, since this damages the reputation of the game.
This is also the main reason to report via customer service, and not via forum..

If that's the case..then why are they more likely to respond to the forum than they are to customer service? I agree...but that's always baffled me. On Facebook they will tell you to contact CS or send screenshots, but they respond on the message board. Back in the day, you weren't supposed to even post screenshots of OTHER player bases or accuse others of cheating on here, (even if they blatantly are lol)

Love this post. After playing the game for a year, I quit 3 days ago. The game constantly crashing pushed me out. Crashing, cheaters, stupid AI, etc. finally too much for me.

Just an update on this, and it's good news. Nexon listened to our complaints and banned every single warring member of this cheating alliance during the planning day of our battle. This resulted in them getting no attacks, obviously. We treated it like any other battle, and despite that they had 15-20 maxed out bases, and level 30 generals in every base, I think we still did fairly well, from a scoring perspective (it was 35 vs 35):
