Bring back the 30 minute training blessing.

The lag on this game gets horrendous after about 40 minutes of continuous play. So the last portion of a one hour training blessing is always an adventure. Not to mention, one hour is a lot of time to commit to a mobile game for some folks. If the math vis-a-vis the French is too tricky, just offer the option of a 30 minute version of the current blessing for 3-4 ciders and 1 diamond.

just force close and restart dominations, and the lag is gone.
i like the one hour training blessing more, to accumulate 200k oil you need to do longer sessions anyways.

Force close while a training blessing is going, then come back to 'You are being scouted!' for 5-10 minutes. Just offer both blessings. The half hour one can be 4 ciders so the 1 hour seems like a bargain at 6 ciders 2 diamonds.

Are you on the iOS or android. I've never had lag issues on my iOS devices but I experienced similar issue on my tab s.

Android. I'm in IA, so I think it has something to do with the global bases I attack and all the defenders they spawn, though it doesn't happen until I've played for a while.

There is always a lag at the beginning of every war battle, regardless.

Yeah, if you have lag every battle, and more significantly after 30-40 minutes, sounds like you may need to switch devices. I don't see any issues like that with my apple device. The game clearly requires much more from a device than most of its counterparts, which is most of the issue.

I don't know of an android device that doesn't lag some after 40 min of play. Hope this can be improved. iOS seems to be working better.

Guess I'll just have to live with it then. This ancient GS5 works just fine for everything else I need it to do. Does make my decision to change from Hanging Gardens to Acropolis easier though, training blessings lose their luster if I only get 2/3 or 3/4 of them without issues.

I can't imagine the issue improving in subsequent ages with more units on the screen

As for lag, it happens on btoh iOs and Android, just depends on the age of your device. I play this on my Sony Experia Compact Z5: Never any lag. I play this on my Samsung Note 10.1: Lag throughtout.
Members in my team with iOs report issues too, except the ones with the latest Apple device.

As for the suggestion: Don't.
Just force close and restart. Not once have I been encountered with "You are being scouted" after a direct restart.

It's most probably your device throttling due to cpu/gpu getting hot. Happens on my tablet too but not on my mobile....
