Bug connected to buying crowns.

Had one of my alliance members buy crowns, after which his account got rolled back to an earlier age. He was a level 87 in the gunpowder age and had his account switched to an Iron Age base! It's the second time this happens to a member of my alliance. Both times a few minutes after they bought a crown package. The first guy quit out of frustration and I'm hoping this bug gets sniffed out. We keep losing quality members to these bugs and bad updates. Here's how his base looks now. This has me real nervous about even thinking about purchasing a crown.

Why did he even buy crowns at this moment...?

I know a lot of people are waiting for improvements/answers from BHG/nexon and even refund their money they already spent.

So I'm really curious why he still is spending his hard earned money on a game that might be out of users in a couple of weeks..

Bigcity, not everyone is reading forums, etc so newer players, unfortunatelly, will come through all levels of dissapointment that we had

If there is actually a correlation between buying crowns and the rollback issue, I sincerely hope that your player submitted a CS issue so that we can investigate it.

He did. I thought it was worth posting since it's the second time we see it happen in that exact order. With that said now I can't log in to my account, I keep getting the "being scouted" notification. And my alliance members can't even see my base. I have no way to contact Nexon since I can't log in to submit a ticket. Not sure how to go about getting my account fixed now.

How do we submit a ticket ! I can't connect to the game anymore ! Forums tend to think this is the way cheaters are banned.... I am not a cheater I was actually hacked and my village swapped last month !
Now I can't pass the 25% loading screen....
How the hell are we supposed to submit a ticket ?
