That's a straight out cheat. I have played this game since mid-December and have encountered other bases that produce an abnormal number of defenders from the town centre. You should send a report directly to Nexon via the in-game contact tab with the screenshots as you have done above, as unfortunately they don't respond very well to posts on this forum.

WOW that is a lot of troops!!! I don't understand though how that would be a cheat. It has to be some bug...

So it looks like this is an issue that they are aware about and are currently working on it. It's in the sticky at the top of this forum.

Being attacked by overtly massive defending army
This occurs during multiplayer battles where attacker encounters an overtly massive defending army.
Status: Under investigation
Workaround: N/A
