Can’t reroll artifacts!!!

I just realize some of my artifacts have locked lines and can’t be rerolled. Is there anyway to unlock it?

It is very silly because u need alot of stuff to open a line, and then realize it cant be reroll... you either allow to customize stuff or u dont.. make up your mind...

If you have previously re-rolled a line in an artifact all others become locked. Only that line can be re-rolled.

If you currently in war, you can’t reroll them. Only when war ends.
Or you have rerolled one line already so you can’t reroll other lines.

So we can only reroll 1 line? Well so alot of my artifacts just turn to junk.

Yes. Otherwise everyone would reroll everything they want. And no point to search/craft artifacts.
