Can't enter the multiplayer mode (SERVER OOS ERROR)

Whenever I try to enter the multiplayer mode i always get this error (see attached picture)
can someone tell me how to fix this issue

i got same problem with u.. i rthink its because we are using apple OS not android

Hey, all! Thanks for sharing your experiences with this issue. I can assure you that this error message doesn't have anything to do with whether you're playing on iOS or Android. It's unfortunately, a issue that can affect all players. The team is still working to improve this situation, however due to its complexity, it may take some time. However, know that you are still able to participate in multiplayer battles.

1st..i bought a new ipad mini so that i can stop playing bluestacks PC, coz in bluestacks there is this link device which can transfer your game to other device then BOOM when i tried link device in my ipad it says "Cross Device Linking is coming Soon".. Without a choice i made a new account to play using ipad which at first is very fast compared to bluestacks that is why i immediately donated, but during purchased there was no crowns received.. so submitted a ticket and waited 24hrs, then 2days, 3days until i read forums and it was thxgiving holiday that ticker was 7days ago .. Again without a choice i continued playing using ipad but when i reach the time that i should do multiplayers coz of the many loots, STUCK UP / CRASH / DC... STUCK Up/CRASH/DC and now i cant do nay multiplayer anymore..imagine... I bought a new IPAD just to play this game and everything sucks..

Well my office mate is using an android phone to play this game and he is not experiencing any problem with this game me on the otherhand uses an ipad an i have all these issues and bugs, are you really sure this is not an ios only problem Aulia?

Hi, Bong Valdoz -- whether you're playing the game on iOS or Android shouldn't make a difference, however I'll share your recent experiences with the team and see if they can provide any other information about this. Thanks!

i really think we are still on beta testing... hmm... so may issues, i should have not donated on all my accounts and waited for server to be stable

An update to iOS and Android was recently released and it includes a fix for this OOS error message issue. Please be sure to update your games and let me know if you're still encountering this problem. Thank you!

How about the Link Device for iOS? is it still coming soon? i want to transfer my bluestack game to ipad

That particular feature was not included in this latest release, however it is still planned. Stay tuned!
