Can't scout

In a war now and I want to scout their number 1. When I try and scout it out I get a message that says "Please update your game to load this base". I can see their number 2 with no problem and even moving from 2 to 1 I get the message. I suspect some fishiness here.

Some people have the cold war update, some have not yet updated, hence the error you're seeing.
