Once you reach 2200, you'll probably push to 2600 for the 1000 crowns and then 3200 for the 2000 crowns

For farming, best loot is probably above 2600 and below 3000. You barely get no opponents issues and most bases will have maxed resources. And if not, you actually have the option to click on next battle, which you can't really do higher in the medal range. And league bonus really start to kick in.

Thanks HK that's very good advice. You almost convinced me one key factor will be the gameplay I'll find there. If i had to use spam raider only, rush the TC and quit, let's be clear: that's not what I'm looking for. We'll see!

By alliance troops you mean donated troops right? and how many more troops can you request?

6 extra troops, so in GP age you get 18, and if you upgrade alliance gate in EA, you'll get 21, and then 24 in IA

It's 3 extra per age. You get the 3 for each age and then 3 more when you upgrade gate in that age like everyone else. So 21 ally troops after EA gate upgrade.
