Cheat.

We are currently in a WW against an alliance called England’s Elite.
We are called Global Active.
Discovered one of our recently joined members was cheating, which resulted in a false 2 x 5* attacks in the WW.
Obviously I kicked the cheat, and we have reported to CS.
Odd thing is that we cannot find the opposition alliance in the search.
We we’re going to send a player in there to explain what has happened.
Does anyone know this alliance?
Sorry but since a recent Apple update I cannot upload a screenshot of the alliance or send it to CS.

Ok sounds like you kicked a player for what replay shows .....
So replay isn't a recording of the attack it's a simulation so device of the attacker ,the the defender and the other person watching it would basically have to be not only the same but also the same internal operation system. Other things effect it too like a stong offense museum . You can even see a completely different battle that what actually happened....
The stars on the war screen is what actually happened the replay can never be counted on for anything at all ever. Plane count bombers count are always wrong card count is also sometimes wrong and battle results at the end of a replay are more often than not wrong .

So here is what to do find the player you kicked he wasn't cheating and beg them to return.
This isn't new this misunderstanding of replay has been going on since replay came out in 2017 .

Reason why this isn't cheating the matrix was closed 4 days ago the matrix was the gateway to 99% of the hacks in the game so basically it is 99% likely you kicked a good player

I’ve seen the SS.
4% and 5% damage from the replays resulting in 0* of course but had logged 5*

Replays have never been that bad.

As per comment from Scuba, the replays were too different not to be genuine @chadwicke
We are aware that replays are bugged, but never been to this degree.
This player also refused to stick to our tactics and went for his own target despite being asked to take different ones, so I will not be begging him to return.

The "matrix" was not, and is not the method people are using to cheat this game! Maybe ages ago. There's been so many YouTube videos of people using 3rd party hack mods it's crazy.
look at this weekend event, the leader has done that many attacks, it's the equivalent of 33 days non stop victories every 3 min.
The only recently found matrix loop was better loot. Everything i could find geared towards this method looked like it was closed off beginning of the year.

Yet 3rd party hack mods give, God mode, one shot victory, replication of speeds, citizens, crowns, food/oil. By sounds of it, you need to jailbreak your device, and who's Gunna do that unless you got an old spare one....

The game is still rife with cheaters, as evident by the global leaderboard in the event

Alliance names can be changed by the leader of that Alliance, so that could be why you are unable to find them in the search through the Alliance Gate.
