Just my opinion, the bug fixes text on the release notes is a solid improvement. As is the notice in game and here of the server outages.

Customer service beyond the front line has also shown improvement and we are starting to see some engagement again from bhg with the community here.

That doesn’t mean we’re at place yet where the community feels fully engaged but I will give due credit for an improving situation and hope bhg continue to improve on this front.

Now for bhg to crack on with cheating and bugs

Agree. It's a nice change of pace but we're all still very skeptical. Let's see if they can build on this.

yep. definitely an improvement. They should keep doing that and further improve things.

As I wrote in the next branch, BHG should change priorities.
1. The first thing to do - the fight against Cheaters. DESTROY THEM once and for all.. by creating the appropriate mechanism.
2. The second is error correction. Bugs are not fixed for years! FIX ALL THE BUGS!
Everything else-in General should stand while there is work on points 1 and 2..

agree!! Hopefully, point 1 is being dealt with. The last update made some good and important fixes. So we are on a good track
