Communication with Players

So for over 20 hours players have been reporting on here, to CS and chatting over discord about war attacks disappearing and we’ve heard nothing from BHG. No acknowledgement of an issue, no we’re working on it, nada.

@muet This is what really drives us players nuts. The bugs are frustrating, the cheating needs dealing with but the lack of engagement from bhg with its player base is terrible.

Where is the drive to generate a positive vibe about the game, teasers put out to get us talking here, on Twitter, on Facebook? The players stick with this game through thick and thin, we try to give you feedback, we want to be involved, an active and motivated community. Give us something back, the silence from you guys is slowly draining away the spirit...

How about a few days in the life of QA, Devs, community management? Something to humanise you? Look at the response you got just from the acknowledgement you actually play the game.

Please start engaging with us like you said you would when the rebalancing issues surfaced.

Would expect all world problems poverty/global warming etc to be taught in history lessons before getting this comes to fruition.

Reminds me of this kid working behind the checkout the other day who yawned in my face (no hand covering his mouth) when I said hello.

You need to accept this: the team at BHG is giving a shit on all of us players. They are not interested in you and me. They have a few buddies, communicating with those via DM, giving them informations and goodies like changing the in game name. But they will never respond to you and me.

ah! You responded first time ever bud! Just to state it clear for all: you / we never talked about anything in other channels as you maybe want to imagine to the readers here. Ok, might be you are talking with an alt name to me, could be possible if i a compare texts from different accounts on dp to me. But might be it’s your writing twin only, happens sometimes.

TinSoldier you have to put yourself in players shoes to understand why these topics keep popping up. We have spent hundreds of dollars, some even thousands, but when critical issues arise, we hardly even get any acknowledgement. This recent war issue for example, this is something that you should be on top of instantly, and instead we didn't even get any response for 20 hours.

We don't have any interest in looking at instagram or facebook posts, but rather spend time playing the game. Communication should be two way, not just a monologues from both sides on different platforms. This is your official forum, so treat it as such. When players have legit issues, these issues need to be acknowledged and dealt with in timely manner. Just my $0.02.

Therefore we should prepare for an horrible upgrade including digital age. But for sure we will see an aweful live stream again.

Nexon is surely playing the silent game. Hoping it will go away. I have been keeping an eye on those reported for cheating and nothing has been done. They are still in the game, cheating and making the game miserable for long time players. I can live with sorry a** cheaters in multiplay but they keep ruining the wars for fair playing alliances. We have lost many long term players recently just because nothing is being done about this.
