Yes i have the same issue (Hi True God!)

Spinning circle ; have to restart app a lot. For the funny part - It lead to several crash during attacks, making "retrain" unavailable, so i lost 3 merc twice... Each one cost 10 cider + 2 diamons... so i lost 60 ciders in 5 minutes. No more cider here =)

It may be something to do with buildings being upgraded because often another spinning circle appears on an upgrading building??

Also facing the same issue, force quitting and restarting the game works as a temp fix, but as Pierre Yves Luyten mentioned, it's breaking instant retrains, which means we lose mercs (6 times in the last 3 days >.<), and 1 hour instant retrains are wasted, because you still need to retrain your troops manually when it fails. It takes 2 hours with a tactics blessing.

Honestly a pretty game-breaking bug.

Same issue here. Connection getting lost a lots of time, circles spinning then the game shuts down. Happens especially after battles on the retrain screen, so I loose all my troops, mercenary, etc. Fix it asap, pls.

WTF is going on with this bug! After nearly ever attack has finished you get the battle log screen, then at the troop retrain screen you get the spinning circles. At that point it doesn't matter how you try to retrain your troops they are lost due to the network timeout. Upon reloading the game you have lost the ability to instantly retrain and have to manually train everything. So annoying you don't want to attack.

It would be nice if someone who works here could at least acknowledge this bug and tell us its being sorted?

This might have something to do with my bunker being upgraded as one of the spinning circles is always over that upgrade and I have a open alliance speedup request in the chat. If you hit speed up bunker it says it is being spedup and game then gets network issues.

The bug is being caused by a active alliance building speedup request, as soon as my request was filled and it disappeared from chat window, the bug was gone.

Something i have noticed is this bug seems to affect devices with a slower CPU like tablets. They need to look into that. My high end smartphone does not seem to have these issues.

Maybe it's just coincidence as the problem doesn't occur all the time. There seems to be something related to the acceleration request for the alliance, but it's just a guess.

Kein Umschulungsegen funktioniert richtig. Gens weg ,Söldner weg,Taktiken weg ,Hälfte der Truppen.
Hab schon x mal Support angeschrieben nix aber auch nix ist passiert.
8 Stunden segen gibt's noch kam als Antwort. Witzig wen nix funktioniert kostet hunderte von Ressourcen und hunderte von Kronen wen du die gens gleich wiederhaben willst.
Hauptsache event starten.
Scheint keinen wirklich zu interessieren , keiner nimmt richt Stellung dazu

Checking dates on post here, it took you guys 10 days to even mention you're aware of the ongoing issue.

Having had a look at the game's accounts across social media, lots of people have been mentioning this issue.

The game is practically unplayable for what seems a large number of players.

Are you guys aware of the implication of the issue? Not only the sheer frustration of so many players, but also how well you ruined their plans for the game, some wanted to raid a lot for the start of the seasonal event as well as take advantage of discounts available during Rush, which is not possible for so many of us now because of this ' bug'. It's genuinely unplayable as things stand.

The, very, least we would've expected from you as a team managing a game that involves actually products that are sold for actual money is to be able to communicate with your customer base in a professional manner.

Simply ignoring reports of the bug and completely blanking your customers is not the way to go on about things.

You guys need to try to get your act together and learn the importance of 'communication'.

Yea a lot has gone on in the last three weeks and it's been happening fast. Totally understandable if the information was missed, but here's a quick recap.

This week we wanted to make sure that folks were aware that we're still working on the unreliability of participating in a key mechanic of our game.

Last week we acknowledged this issue was our next priority after making sure everyone could log back into the game. We additionally acknowledged that this issue was much larger as it was impacting more than a singular facet of the game. As seen Here. We also made sure to extend Age Rush timelines for the folks that were unable to log in here's the Dates.

The week prior we were rolling out our hotfixes to make sure people could log into the game. In that thread I shared above we updated the OP as information became available.

That being said, we are coming close to a fix for crashing during a war attack. This fix is only a step of multiple, as replicating the many scenarios to ensure the problem is removed is difficult due to the many variables from reporting and findings from our own research. A lot of the information that we had during the days between updating was, "we're still aware, and are still working to find a solution".

The update has stopped me from actually playing the game. Constantly spinning circles on the screen. Android device. CS doesn't respond.
Same here, playing on galaxy s10.... every time after an attack or just by opening the game ... impossible to play.... and now I reinstalled the game and cannot log in with facebook so now I am completely unable to play....
