I have noticed that it is impossible to submit a report to customer service using Safari on the ipad. Tried again on Chrome and it sent.

Wonder if the current crashes and lockouts are once again targeting Apple devices?

i found that i can no longer choose the option 'NO' for the question 'Can we answer your question' !
After cs replied, i can no longer reply them back asking for more help!

unable to contact support I am frequently getting network connection pop ups. 03 seconds after logging to dominations yellow spinner appears and then after some time network disconnection pop ups/

I guess you are talking about contacting support via this website, not in-game.

Firefox wouldn't work for me, had to use Chrome to get it to send - using MacBook Pro but I vaguely remember something about blocking 3rd party plugins.

Yep, can't report in-game. After two frustrating attempts through Safari browser tried Chrome and my very short message got through.

Very frustrating!

Once you have the email support ticket:

I sent them the crash report - didn't know it existed until I googled for app crash info

Your users can retrieve crash reports from their device and send them to you via email by following these instructions.

(It is not possible to get device console logs directly from a device)

1) Open Settings app

2) Go to Privacy, then Diagnostics & Usage

3) Select Diagnostics & Usage Data

4) Locate the log for the crashed app. The logs will be named in the format: <AppName>_<DateTime>_<DeviceName>

5) Select the desired log. Then, using the text selection UI select the entire text of the log. Once the text is selected, tap Copy

6) Paste the copied text to Mail and send to an email address as desired

The DomiNations app is called Live-2016-MM-DD-TIME.ips - MM-DD-TIME being the timestamp
Bit of a PITA to do trying to copy & paste it and you'll need a CS ticket via email to send it.

I am so over this! Messages sent through support result in a "we dont understand" or "please send screen shot" email and when I reply with said screenshot I get "this email address is no longer being monitored. Can anyone sense my frustration?!

I had a lot of 2015 stuff too.

While I was in those settings I turned on Automatically Send & Share With App Developers - both were Off, now my Diagnostics & Usage Data is full of today/yesterday crashes and other files.

Maybe check those settings then crash the game, shouldn't be too hard! :)

oh my, is this a classic? My complaint to cs "Since building embassy yesterday I have experienced game crash in multiplayer immediately after winning battle. Since this time the game will not load, either on IOS or Android devices. My internet connection is stable - there is nothing wrong at my end but it would appear that my user account is not working. Please address.
Also it would appear that I cannot reply to your emails and have not been given a "ticket number" to quote.
My players are now at war without their leader. Please advise how I can log in.

THEIR RESPONSE: Thank you for contacting us! This is Game Master Nazz of Game Support Team and I am here to assist you with your concern. Do you experience any error upon logging in? I will be waiting for your response.

DID I NOT JUST SAY THAT? So I replied and got back this problem as a bounce back:
"This email address is no longer being monitored. If you need assistance please put in a ticket in the in game portal, or the Contact Us button on our support page. Thank you for your understanding."

CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME, PLEEEASE?

No Title

I got blank messages when I send a ticket to customer support on Iphone. For me, I was locked out of alliances. The message is there but it is invisible and CS didn't reply.

Please do not buy anymore crowns until they take things more serious they want crashes and cheaters hoping u buy more crowns to keep it. Hit them where it hurts

I keep getting attacked by Asian players with 3 biplanes and 3 bombers. Destroy one here comes another. Use to screenshot submit I would get that's not possible now I try to screenshot do not see the screenshot in ticket. I fly my planes to a point on map they target something on other side of map. Games keeps updated with new things more problems. Fix the current issues before adding more things. Please everyone stop buying crowns until they take these issues serious

I get same response with send screenshots of cheaters I send each time they ask again. Now don't know if screenshot is actually going through since new update

If you're talking contacting customer service in game, I had the same problem. Apparently the icon is hidden/invisible but if you tap where the icon should be, you can still attach pictures.
