Game crashing on startup

Hello support, My DomiNations game crashed randomly (it does that quite a lot) however for some reason I cannot restart the app anymore.
When I press the app it shows the Nexon logo, and then crashes every time. I have restarted my phone and closed all apps. I even re installed DomiNations! to no avail.

Also just out of curiosity has anyone looked at my "Change nationality" feature request?

Not sure angiG. This game is still in beta so I guess they are still trying to iron out the bugs.

update 2/2/2015 game crashes

My game keeps crashing and crashing when I launch it. This morning when I updated the game it worked but few hours later I tried to launch it and it started crashing. I re-installed it but still not working.
Is my village preserved even i re-installed it? I play with IPhone 6+ if that effects. I hope somebody knows whats the problem. Thank you!

Hi Klodovig, sorry to hear that you've been running into issues recently. Can you provide any additional details about when you began experiencing this crashes? Was there any error messaging you received? Were you trying to engage in a multiplayer battle? Training troops? Upgrading / building something in your empire? This information will greatly help the game team to identify what could be causing these crashes.

With regards to your game progress, if you had logged into Game Center while playing, you would be able to continue your game from where you left it even after a re-install. Likewise, if you linked the game to your Facebook account, that would also enable you to continue playing on the same game account.

I updated game at 7 AM. Played it and collected food and gold and hunted animals. Then I played it second time at about 9 AM, if I remember correct. It worked normally and I attacked somebody, still normal and no crashes. This is hard to remember all what I've done before crash but I guess that next I trained troops and then I quit the game. But third time when I was attempt to play about 10-11 AM it showed the Nexon logo and big huge games logo and then crashed. I tried several times but still it kept crashing.
I received few notifications that somebody is attacking to my village but I waited maybe 15 mins before I tried to play it. Still it said that "you are under attack, try again later". I pressed try again but it just crash. Final attempt few hours ago I opened the game and it get stuck downloading the game, nothing happened and I closed game and tried again and it shows logos and crashed.

I have connected it to facebook and game center so that is good. Sorry my bad English, I'm not good at it.

Crashes began about 10-11 AM. At 7 AM first I updated game and then collected food, gold and hunted animals. About at 9 AM I attacked. Then I trained troops and quit the game. Third time I played it about 10-11 AM and then it started crashing. Opened game->Nexon logo->Big Huge Games logo-> CRASHED(did that many many many hours). At some point this afternoon when i opened it, it said that I'm under attack. I pressed "try again" several times, it just shows again again same "you are under attack, try again". Then i waited about fifteen minutes and tried again. Then it again showed logos and crashed. Few hours ago I tried it again and. opened game->logos->downloading->stops just before end->CRASHED. After those, it has been crashed just showing logos and nothing else. I don't know whats the problem. Few my friends play this game and their game works.

Thanks for providing this info, Klodovig! I've shared it with the game team and they were able to make a couple of tweaks -- try logging into the game again and let me know if you're successful or not, thanks!

I successful logged in when i woke up, like half hour ago. I was wondering what happened that it works. But great!

Same problem here , after update the game keep crashing after the big games logo .
never could go in the game after the update

I am still crashing during raiding. 1 in every 20 attacks.

I lose all troops and all raided resources.
This alone is a game-breaking bug...

Today, I download new version file(com.nexonm.dominations.adk.apk) from google play. I start app, it's begin to download update. Then download was completed. After restarted, It's always crash at "Big Huge Games" screen. I uninstall app and reinstall. But it's crash again and again.

Yep - if you do a lot of raiding - this is a real issue.

Stil i cant go back in to the game ! I did everything told here , reinstalled Is a few times NOTTHING , please help
its crashes wheN the loading screan after Is at lets say 25 procent ..

I also can not get on to the game. It was fine last night but when I tried to enter the game this morning (13 hours ago) the game just crashes and is still doing it now even after two delete and reinstalls of the game, turning the iPad on and off and clearing my history and cache.

Same issue here - loading screen gets to about 15% and then the game force quits. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy SIII LTE with cyanogenmod. As a test I installed the app on my Google Nexus 10 tablet (stock android), got through the tutorial levels until I could sync up to my saved civilisation. As soon as I loaded that the same thing happened on my tablet too - 15% at the loading screen then crashed out. So from that it seems that this isn't a hardware conflict, but a bug in the save/load functions.

There are plenty of people on the play store commenting system advising of the same issue. Is someone able to advise us that this is being investigated? And if so do you have an ETA of a patch?

Yeah its really nice to get zero assistance here , a week out of play now got to gunpowder age and got some euros to spend on it allready .
Feel like you dont give a damn as long as we pay .

Hey. all -- thanks again for sharing additional information to help us better understand the situation!

Specifically speaking to Libbum's scenario, it seems like the game account itself might be corrupt in some way. Would it be possible for any of the other players in this thread to try his same troubleshooting steps?

In the meantime, I'll share this new info with the dev team but it's hard to commit to a timeline on when a fix can be expected until we can learn more about why this issue is happening. Thanks for your patience!
