Crash, CRASH, CRASH, CRASH again, CRASH AGAIN !!!!!!!!!! (Nexon DO SOMETHING) !!!!

From the new update for the Atomic age.
The "quantity" of crash have increase exponentially !!!! (now I crash about 50% of the time when I attack)
I think it is a way for Nexon do to more$$$$ (you lost your army and crowns....)

For me the update solved the disconnection issues but sometimes the game still crashes most of the time when I'm scouting to find a city to attack. But since 2 month I always relaunch the game before doing an attack, this avoid crashes during combat.

Shouldn't have to do that, relaunch that is, Games well Broken, and all they do, is Make it Worse so it seems...

Unless they provided screenshots of their army before the crash, some people say that they crashed for an excuse to loot a certain base

Thank you for creating this thread. I have been having the same issue since the Atomic Age upgrade. Five crashes so far, both during War and Multi-player. My war performance has become so unreliable that i have opted out of it. I took my device to the Apple store to have it checked out. It's not my device and it's not my router. The problem is with Nexon's servers.

Not everyone is experiencing this problem as indicated both by comments above and by the respnses i have had personally when asking other players. To help identify any things we have in common let's post some information.

Device: iPad Air first generation.

OS: 10.1.1

Capacity: 32Gb

Available memory: 2.2Gb

Location: California

Nexon is quick to launch extra troop sales like cyber monday madness where players can dope themselves to victory but seems totally uncapable to fix basic things like the game crashes

I play this game for over 1,5 years now, but this is the biggest bug ever in the game. It makes playing it impossible. 20 MP-fights = 19 crashes.

It becomes crappier every day. A MP-battle that runs longer than a minute is a very good MP-battle! The entire game is a pure crash when i fight. For me it is only harvesting and hunting now.

Samething here. You go on an easy MP battle to loot some resources and the result is a game crash just when you deploy all your army, generals and possible spent some tactics.

This bug is affecting me very heavily, crashes on attacks (probably 80-90% of my attacks) crashes in the village screen, crashes in the war screen, crashes loading in. I have asked to taken out of wars as I have been able to get 2 out of the last 12 to finish.

And the best part is CS is still giving me the same rhetoric that its my fault its doing it and I should be able to fix it by doing their work a rounds, none of which make a difference. Just today I have crashed 13 times.

this all started with atomic, they fixed the disconnect issue but added this crash issue.

Based on discussions with my alliance it seems the older devices are what seem to crash the most, my phone is 2 almost 3 years old. But honestly that isn't that old there should be no issues with this game, based on all the work arounds I have tried myself my phone runs just fine, there is ample memory and storage space, and when the game crashes it isn't due to a memory crash.

Anytime I lose an army or a war attack I put a CS ticket in, most of the time its ignored and I get a cut and paste response, sometimes they do something for compensation, but seems to be few and far in between, and never actually makes up for what is lost.

In the last day I have noticed that I can't connect to the server unless I'm connected to wifi. I had this problem once before, but have been playing for quite awhile on just my data plan. This means I'm very limited in whereI can play my game and that doesn't work for me.

Has anyone else noticed this issue?

i just crashed mid war attack it has been a long time since my last crash in war, are we back to being concerned every time we war as we have a whole team who we let down, or should i say nexon let down, not us personally as it is beyond our control, and i have a new Samsung tablet and i restarted before my attack as i always do, ticket opened to get my bog standard reply i guess

Developer only wona our money prof is simple every monday they make new sell but to fix know bug or new they are lazy this atomic bug exis 30 day.so simple stop buying stuff or units until they fix bug.for me is stupid after 2 years of game have same bug so when you need 2 years to fix somethig you are lazy or somethig else

Men crashing become more and more i serius think to erase this game.this game is not playable

The last update fixed this bug. But this game still has memory issues. Everything is fine till you play the higher ages like industrial age. If you reach this age, better buy high end hardware to play further. I don´t want to buy new hardware and i don´t want to play a game that fixes bugs with updates, just to produce a bunch of new bugs. I quit.
