Crash during World War Attack

World War patch already release about 3 weeks and this bug have been reported by many times. This is so unfair to player and I saw my friend leave 1 by 1 because they fed up to this bug. Even we scout the base and the crash occur, when we click ATTACK and the loading screen almost done, the game crash and 1 ATTACK COUNTED~! Can you let us know when the bug is going to be fixed?
The customer service is useless and I have sent many times ticket but the reply still the SAME~!

Do you have android or iOS? I use Android and I removed most of other apps and before any war attack, reboot my phone and then force close the app to clear cache. It never failed me when I was on WiFi. Crashed once when I was on LTE.

Just lose 2 attacks on World War...the App closes unexpectedly at the loading screen. I cleared cache before, but did not help...2 Attacks! Frustrating...

Same here, I just lost one attack. Its just unacceptable on its own the fact that the game crashes, doing that during world wars is abysmal, making players loose their attack too! I'm furious
