Sorry for my bad English. I am experiencing crashes almost all the time on my device. I figured that if I just linger around in my city/village crash time could be 10 minutes but if I start the game and play a multiplayer battle, I get a crash in about 5-6 minutes. I can't get in another battle because of that. That's not a big issue. When I want to battle, I quit the game, stop running applications and start the game again. But sometimes I get a crash in a battle while I'm winning and it is annoying, all my troops will be gone when I restart the game. Once I won the battle 100%, on the battle summary screen I tapped on the "Go Home" button and the game crashed, I still lost all my troops. This is really annoying. There should be a smarter crash management. My suggestion is, if game crashes in a battle, the battle MUST continue on the server so if I win 100% or any amount I shouldn't lose all my troops. I know this system is implemented in other games so please address this and make battles automatic after a crash so you don't get annoyed and lose all troops while winning.

I agree, that if the game crashes, all the troops we deployed can continue to battle on by themselves. I don't want to battle to end and lose right away due to a crash.
I've lost almost a thousand units and so many medals because of the crash issue, not mentioning the time and resources I've lost. If Nexon want us to pay for the game, they should fix this issue ASAP. Noone will pay for a buggy, always crashing game with lots of cheaters.
Are you working on the multiplayer crash issue? Is anybody there? When will the next update be released? You know the next upgrade should be about the core problems of this game, not just changing some numbers to make a "balance" update!
