Crown pass 200% bug

Hey there. Long time player, first time writer.

On the first day of your new feature: the crown pass, you said if anyone who bought it on that day would receive 200%. That's the only reason why I purchased it. Now 7days have passed and neither did I receive double crowns per day, nor did my daily pass run on for an extra 7 days. Just the bog standard 700crowns.

False advertising or bug?

You should have received 100 Crowns immediately when picking up the crown pass, and also collect 100 Crowns that same day. If you would like, you can reach out to Customer Service either in-game or via our web portal and they can review your account.

M4gicm1ke , the 200% is in relation to the cost of buying that many crowns in the store.
