CS are a disgrace

sent them a pic of a bug in game in which i had diamonds but marco polo thought i had none!! CS blamed my internet connection!!!! pictures as proof below

Had the same issue yesterday. Restarted the game and the issue went away.

nothing has fixed the issue for me!! im not going through the whole deleting the game as i doubt id re install it again after that response!! not as if i was asking for anything i was just pointing out an issue to them!!

I had the same issue. It was red, but when I clicked on it, it let me purchase them anyway. But I won't argue that CS is terrible.
