over the weekend i did a few hits which i was happy with in won hit i got 2.5k oil in the other i got 1.5k oil
the report at the end even said as much
when i looked at my oil storage something was amiss as i had not been given the oil i had won
so i went back and looked at the replay and battle report both were totally different and there was glaring errors from the original report to what i had done ie no demolition charges were shown as being used. When you look at the replay it shows 1 demo charge being used then nothing until i drop my units in this time i had dropped my remaining 3 demo charges which in the reply do not show. once these replays finish the report again is different to what was actually stated as being won which seemed to not count the demo charges i had dropped!!
in pictures you can see one hit it says i won 83 but report says i won 936 when in real time i won 2.5k
and in the other it shows 169 from replay but report says 160 when in realtime play i had won 1.5k
as you can see neither show any demo charges being used.
i reported this issue to CS first they tried to blame my network connection (how can my network cause such a variation in your reports) then they just fob'd me off to some other random link to a bug which had nothing to do with this issue i had brought up.
And just as i answered all CS questions at no time during these hits did i have network error or the spinning circle
Again CS you are a disgrace instead of trying to sort this out you just brushed it off!! there are so many errors here its just astounding and to firstly blame a customer and then to just fob them off because you do not want to deal with it yes you are a DISGRACE
