Current Event - Tanksgiving - Unlocking Museum Artifacts

Just unlocked two Museum Artifacts for the current Goals and did not get credit. Bug or something else? Do you need to Unlock one level?...or Fully unlock the Artifact?

I unlocked 2 levels of the artifact and it was good.

The text does not say unlock same artifact twice. Even if it did, should get credit for going halfway if unlock one star on an artifact. I don't think anyone else in my alliance is having any luck getting credit for the unlocking either.

The wording could be better, that’s for sure. Lol

Try war tactics and unlock another level of the 5 starred levels. I think it costs 400 supplies (looks like a leather container with weapons sticking out at top) to upgrade/open up another level. To be more clear, do not use the +, go to bottom and click on UNLOCK TO 1-5 STARS.

That got me my 2 completed.

@ArcherMike - I used 800 Supplies to Level Up two low level Artifacts and it neither registered. Are you Android platform?

SRP and I are not the same player. We just happened to choose a similar looking name(doesn't sound at all alike if you pronounced it). When I visit your alliance after this event is over,you'll be able to see that we're two different players. Also he writes a lot better than me. I'm on Android. I think you've to level up 2 levels of the same artifact.

Sorry to everyone bitten by this and the unclear goal description (and that the user-driven QA team must figure it out), but honestly nobody should waste valuable Supplies for this or any event. Take a step back, really think it through, pretend OCD isn't a thing, and all will realize it's not worth a little extra XP and 2 random merc contracts. Only do if you were truly going to do unlock them anyways.

Unrelated, kudos to BHG for moving all event pass levels to a single bonus goal stage.

I unlocked one war hall artifact 2x and got 0 credit. Maybe it is main hall vs war hall? I am also on iOS.

I planned to unlock this artifact anyways so just missing 2 Merc contracts.

Update: I messaged CS and they quickly (about 2 hrs) responded that they confirmed my completion of the event goal and they altered my account to give me the completed goal. That was fast and easy!
