Customer service issues

I have for weeks been trying to get help with what should be a very simple account problem. I have attempted to contact customer service many, many times. However, hitting contact us after writing the message merely closes the app and disconnects the game.
In addition, after waiting months for wars to start, my team discovered that attempting an attack also closes the app, so you can't participate in the wars.
So between no access to customer service, no ability to play as a team, etc. I am deeply disappointed after months of patiently waiting for a reply, a fix...anything.

We have almost the same problem and I contacted CS via web.. They fix it within an hour..

Good luck. BHG'S customer service is worse than Game of War's customer service and that's saying a lot since Gow has terrible customer service

I've dealt with hundreds software customer service personnel from dozens of different companies in my time and Nexons customer service is one of the worst ever. The company just has a certain sleaziness about it.
