Devs, this is what you should do for hackers

1) as others have said, a simple report button is necessary, expecting us to take a screen shot and going through all the steps to contact customer service for something that helps you is ridiculous! We're trying to help you guys! 2) for every person reported as hacking, check to see if they actually are a hacker, if they are, ban them as you have been. If they are not a hacker but have been falsely injected, then check if they have legitimately purchased the amount of crowns necessary to have their base, if not revert their buildings/wall to an appropriate point thst reflects their crowns bought. Most legitimate players won't be mad because they know they never got the crowns properly in the first place, and even if they are, why would you care because they don't even spend money anyway It all starts with the simple report button. Help us help you

I have a bad feeling nothing will be done about the cheaters. And in a month we will have an update with the report button. The game will not survive the delay. If we dont start seeing max wall, max generals players being banned within the next week or two this game will be stalled out and will not recover the player base. Industrial was really the update most players were waiting to see if the situation is fixed. It wasnt. And everyday more players quit. Dont let perfect stand in the way of reality. Dont wait for the perfect hacker solution. Start doing what needs done now....what needed done yesterday.

Unfortunately, a Report button is unsustainable, as it's incredibly exploitable. We are taking steps to isolate and ban hackers continually. Thanks for the suggestion!
