Disappearing Troops

Over the last few days I've had this happen twice. I attack someone, loose a few troops and start to rebuild those troops. I leave the game, come back some time later and the only troops that are left are the troops that I re-built. All other troops are gone, including my planes (2 hours to rebuild) and my mercs that I never even used on the attack. Luckily my Generals, Tactics and Alliance Troops remain.

I don't know if this is related to the Assassin's Fortress, but I also activated it around the same time that I've noticed the phenomenon.

Anyone else have this happen to them?

You need to give it time to be sent to the server before logging off. I think that if you go into your map editor and save after you retrain that this will save the training also.

The Assassin's fortress gives you an additional +5 troop space, which doesn't always register with the game's retrain feature. If you've lost some troops in a battle make sure you tap your barracks and look at the total number of troops and see if you need to manually re-add some.

This happens with every event building that adds troop space so just watch out and be extra careful.

this has been so finicky for me anyways. sometimes it works(retrain) other times it just isn't there.
