In the last mont, I buy the Estate in discount, I started to check the inventory, and among the buildings I found another estate, is it normal to have two?

I had this happen to me. I ended up with 3 estates. What it was is 2 of my other special buildings changed into estates. I think it was a helipad and the one that made flamethrowers. I notified CS and they removed the extra estates and replaced my special buildings.
