Do Museum Artifacts Impact Troop Cards?

I am curious to understand from someone at Nexon if Museum Artifacts in any way impact the strength of Troop Cards?

For example, if player A has a Stealth Bomber Troop Card, and player B has Bomber Damage -6 Museum Artifact, will that impact the strength of the Stealth Bomber?

Apparently museum doesn't affect troop cards. I just checked this with B-17 bomber. Swapping a weapon artifact that adds hitpoints to bombers to one with 0 effect to bombers has no effect.

Thank you, and that is my thought also, that Museum Artifacts do not impact Troop Cards. I battled a CWA player in WW and it took 3 strikes from my Stealth Bomber to destroy his Rocket Arsenal. Stealth Bomber does over 59,000 damage per strike. He had only one Defensive Coalition active, Russians, but even with that it should have taken 2 strikes max. Bug or hack at play here and it pisses me off.

I had a similar situation. I have a maxed out bomber, 126K DPS and it took me multiple bomber hits and multiple maxed out fighter hits to take it down. He also had a level 8 Russian defense coalition. Russian alliance. It irritated me too!
