Just an FYI, I am the Greeks, this may have something to do with it.
If you have less than 5 minutes left on an exploration at the dock, it does not give you the option to finish it for free. That I don't care about. However, if you try do something else with citizens, (upgrade, hunt, etc.) and you don't have enough citizens while there are less than 5 minutes left on the exploration it will say that you have citizens doing things that you can finish for free. So if you click that, it will finish the exploration AND TAKE YOUR CROWNS AFTER TELLING YOU IT WOULDN'T. This is a big issue since people spend money on crowns and should be fixed ASAP.
