Dominations Cheater Reporting Help and Proof

Hello I am trying to report a cheater I came across while playing Dominations. I am not sure I was able to report in game. I clicked the cog-wheels on the right and customer support / cheating / made a comment and tried the upper right + symbol photo and tried to include this screenshot. There was no confirmation that the screenshot I tried to provide was included in my report . So my question is does anyone know if there is a confirmation when you add a screenshot to your report. This screenshot is so obvious that he's using a Unlimited building hack and possibly crown hack to have his walls and gates fully upgraded etc...

can you even have lvl 9 walls in Gunpowder age? On a side note this is a very popular hack that is being used and it's the 2nd time I've come across it and reported it in less than 1 week.

Level 9 walls are the maximum you can have in GA and I have heard that it can be a display bug when lots of buildings show as currently being upgraded. Simply report them and send a resized screenshot to CS for them to investigate. I must admit, seeing so many new buildings under construction makes me suspicious.

You don't get a confirmation as such, but you can see a small thumbnail of the image in a balloon on the right under where your post appears.

However, I reported someone the other day for blatantly somehow deploying "invisible troops" and rallying directly over my mills and oil refinery, behind unbreached walls, after all his normal "visible troops" had been slaughtered by my defences, thereby resulting in him gaining far more resources with my defences unable to do anything. Customer Service replied but merely shrugged and, basically, said "oh yeah, we know about that exploit" but not saying they were doing anything about it nor refunding the 250k each of food and gold plus 2,000 oil stolen so I wouldn't hold your breath!
