Hello Everyone,

Players are having troubles on Game Crash. They can only play the game once and when they start up the app again..Game Crash. The reason why because players are not showing support to this game. I know its new and their is plenty lots of bugs.

But i know this game will be a sucess and defeat Clash of Clans. This game is way better than Clash of Clans. But...if we are going to proove that this is the best game..


We need to tell the developers that we are showing support. We all played this game. We all like this game. In order for us to like this game...


First, we need to Report the Bugs like Game Crash. The number 1 bug in the whole world. I dont wanna re-install the game. I want to keep it. Second, YOU GUYS NEED TO STOP HACKING THE GAME and Last....Reply here if you Want your problems to be solve.


Developers...will you open your hearts into this game and only focus to this game? Do you want to show support to your customers? Do you want to solve people's problems and hire more customer support to make it better? I suggest that WE NEED TO SHOW OUR SUPPORT TO THE DEVELOPERS, IF WE DO..THEY WILL SUPPORT US. So please...Can we show our support?

I think it works the other way around mate. If the developers actually show that they support us, we will support the game. A lot will depend on how well they solve bugs. So far they haven't done a lot with that and when you actually report bugs you get a message which doesn't show any interest or insight.

So in my opinion, good customer support leads to good customer dedication.

Hey guys the developers and the support run by nexonm are two different mobs I tried dealing with nexonm support but they are absolutly useless idiots you would get better advice from a kid with Down syndrome then from the support staff and community managers here. So I by passed them and went directly to the developers and explains my issues with the bugs they have very kindly put my account on a peace treaty UNTILL it's fixed also they were shocked at the lack of knowlage the so called community managers and the stupid things they were posting like the idiot wolf saying its normal to be attacked while online I have been asked also not to contact them the way I did again lol but we're really good about it :) and understood so I can't say how I contacted them or the info I used but have hope the developers behinds are working on it it just makes you more angry having to deal with the idiodic so called support staff

Toast I have been asked not to do it again but think outside the box and you can find your way ;) sorry I don't want to jeopardise my account now by pissing them off lol

Great Job Guys...We must tell the Bug Reports to the developers. In order for them to follow our orders, we need to support the Game. If we dont show support, how can they fix our problems and my problems?

First, lets show support to the game. If we do, they will fix our problems and my problems as well.


So, Support the Game and lets see what happens :)

I've been playing this game since mid December and have spent a lot of money on it...isn't that support enough? Isn't 5 months patience enough? I have filed plenty of reports with Nexon who are the designated support group associated with this game, and not Big Huge Games. In more than 5 months, not one of my issues has been solved and I have never been given any compensation for...lost peace treaties, lost tactics, resources lost in battles, resources lost when I'm attacked online, resources lost to cheating players, 5 days lost when the game continuously crashed...the list goes on! Now Mr xx-saver-xx thinks we should show support for Nexon!!!! That is a total joke. It's about time support for money paying customers was shown by Nexon.

AG I don't think the op actually knows what he is trying to say. It makes absolutely no sense. Our support is shown just by d/l this game yet alone anything else.

Show them oursupport??? We have been supporting them with our $$$$ Now they should be providing us the customer service we pay for. You got it backwards. My game has gone back to the stone ages. I've put my hard earned money into this game and I haven't even gotten a reply for 3 DAYS from the developers about my game issue. Something wrong with this picture.....
