Bro, they are trying to fix it moreover a month! Videos were not working since 12.1 update - now we get message on the screen. Let’s say there is some progress 
two more updates and maybe we will watch videos again one day.
Guys, this is ridiculous. So many years you are pushing new and new updates with poor programming and beta testing support. Every update generates plenty of new issues. Luckily you are not working in hospital or car repair service otherwise we are all dead.
I am not going to spend a single cent until you fix bugs that drives me crazy. I asked all my alliance to do the same and they are doing pretty well.
