Donated Troops Not Arriving

I sent a request for troops and when entering a battle a message came up to show I had received some moto raiders, yet on returning to my base my TC is empty! No, I didn't use them in battle.

I sent a further request afterwards and although TC is empty and no alliance flag is showing in battle it said I already had 9 troops in alliance chat, which isn't the case. Seems buggy.

You'll also find that if you request, the timer/crown starts, yet no request in chat plus you have to wait the timer out or spend crowns..

I have well documented this bug to CS (screenshot chat window, screenshot TC content, screenshot attack and defense log) a few days ago, and no answer...

I suppose there is a bug, that donations sent while you are on attack are not arriving, but blocking the space in the request.
Workaround: Do not attack until your request is not filled till the last troop space

You should have had an answer, as they've alerted us to the problem as well. Hmm.
