Donation Issuse Havent been fixxed

why my troops request only 17 instead of 33. I used normal request and crowns request. but still the same. It take days to fill my alliance gate. Never seen that issuse untill I upgrade Aliance gates to lv9.
and my request always disappear even nothing come to my town. I request again, wait and it disappear. How to fix that bug

It's been fixed for our alliance now, everyone is receiving troops again while offline. The chat wipe seems to have done it.

Also, the loading times for donating ("please wait"), and for new troops to appear after logging in, have been significantly reduced, so this is finally a good fix.
